ZhongTian ChuangZhan Ductile Iron Co.,Ltd., which is located at Gangbei Industrial Park, Shunde District, Foshan City, is a private modernized enterprise specializing in scientific research, production and large machinery processing of ductile iron, vermicular graphite iron, gray cast iron, special property cast iron. The company was established in 1980, with its former name as Dadu Casting factory. In 2000, it purchased the former Huadu Ductile Iron factory and renamed it as ZhongTian ChuangZhan Ductile Iron Co.,Ltd . and then implemented all-around technological renovation to the previous company, add factory buildings and invest advanced production, and inspection equipment. Now the company covers 35,000 square meters of floor area and 25,000 square meters of building area. It adopts furan resin sand and medium frequency induction furnace for production of 40000 tons annually, in which ductile iron makes up more than 85%, with maximum single piece at 45 tons for ductile iron and 55 tons for gray cast iron, thus enjoying the leading advance level at home. At present, the company possesses a contingent of medium and senior technology and management personnel and conducts close cooperation with South China University of Science & Technology, Kunming University of Science & Technology and other scientific research institutes and institutions of higher learning. It has achieved remarkable results and been in international advanced level. Quality is a life project of an enterprise. The company is provided with complete quality management system and outstanding quality control personnel. The company has set up central lab and furnace inspection so as to ensure raw and auxiliary materials, intermediate process and finished products under complete control. The present major industries for supporting production include: engineering machinery, die casting machinery, injection molding machinery, automobile drawing die, wind power generation machinery, diesel engine, aluminum alloy hub, machinery, valve and spark machinery etc. the products have been sold to Japan, USA, Israel, France, Korea, Taiwan, HongKong and other countries and regions with good credit standing. In consideration of high technical level and production capacity, our company has been assigned as a modifying unit of GB/T1348-2008 nodular iron casing national standard by China Foundry Association and elected as a council director of China Foundry Association and vice-chairman unit of Guangdong Province Foundry Association.
